Qualification Requirements:
任职要求：
- College Graduate or above
大专/本科及以上学历
- 2-3 years' working experience in sundries/ kitchenwares/hard goods or above will be a plus
It's also acceptable of new graduate who is interested in foreign trade business
2-3年以上相关工作经验优先，涉及产品：杂货类，如厨房用品类，卫生清洁用品类将择优考虑；
或可接受对外贸行业感兴趣的优秀应届毕业生
- Good inter-personal communication skills and team work spirit
良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
- Diligent, careful, responsible, organized and willing to learn.
勤奋努力、认真负责、有规划组织能力、愿意学习
- Assertive and can work independently
坚决果断，可独立完成工作。
- sufficient English(can speak/read/write English), CET-6 or abv.
良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，CET-6以上
- ERP/SAP System operation experience would be a plus
有相关ERP/SAP系统操作经历的将优先考虑




JOB DEscriptION
职位描述：
1) To organize and prioritize daily workload in order to focus Ｏn Company's long-term interest and in accordance with weekly procedural assignments
根据公司长期的利润目标组织有序安排日常工作；


2) Report to Purchasing Manager all information and market trends, competitors' activities and news that may affect the business of the Company through product highlight / new product information sheet
向采购经理汇报所有产品信息以及市场趋势，竞争对手的活动信息，以及其他有可能影响公司业务的产品信息等；


3) Responsible for the proper follow up of assigned inquiries and orders to meet commitments to customers
根据客户需求，负责相应产品订单询价等；


4) Share workload with Asst. Merchandisers and coordinate with QA/QC staff, Shipping Staff and Management according to Company procedures to facilitate shipping of products Ｏn time
与其他采购助理以及质量工作人员，物流出货人员以及公司管理层合作，确保产品可以按照公司流程及时出货。


5) Coordinate with Assistant Merchandisers to pass full information including contract information of supplier, price indication, packing information, comments for price, product quality and sample to electronic data operator to prepare or update New Product Information Ｏn time
核对订单细节，包括供应商信息，价格，包装信息，产品质量及样品等，及时准备或跟新新品信息表格；


6) Control quotations and samples and ensure all samples have proper stickers or hangtags with description
管理报价以及样品，确保样品贴纸、标签符合要求；


7) Communicate all relevant information to QA/QC team in order to enable them to arrange proper quality control inspection and factory or product audits.
与质量团队及时沟通产品信息，协调安排相关质检或者验厂、验货等项目。


8) Contribute in the implementation of the quality assurance program, working with Quality Control staff during project start-ups and during Ｏnline evaluations.
配合质量团队完成产品质保体系的建立，包括项目开展以及现在评估等；


9) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Merchandiser / Sourcing Manager.
完成高级采购/采购经理安排的其他工作。
