职责描述: Main responsibility: · Organizes the quality continuous improvement. · Coordinates quality activities and, supervising relevant Key process/Process Characteristics (KPC)/Key Control Characteristics (KCC) On all related documents during project hand over and in mass production. · Defines and supports the establishment of quality file according to internal and external requirements. · Organizes and lead the action taken and 8D report in case of customer quality issue. · Maintains permanent and direct contact with customer . · Carries out the necessary internal audit, prepare and Lead the customer audit. · Analyses internal quality problem and evaluate corrective actions in case of deviation. · Identifies and warns On quality risks and deviations On product. · Coaches and guides plant team members On the utilization of quality tools and methods. · Records plant quality history file and shares experience within POAI. · Customer Resident management. · Respect the PPE and safety rules of company . · No right to sign the deviation waiver. · Can stop production. · Responsible to take care all quality issues. · Other duties as assigned. 任职要求: Personal Background · Minimum 2 years’ experience of related quality in Auto Parts company · College degree or above Skills
